If there’s one event Savannah-area boaters set their courses for each year, it’s the Savannah Boat & Outdoor Show. The show, now in its 10th year, attracts thousands of current and would-be boat owners and outdoor enthusiasts with its extensive displays of the latest in watercraft lines, marine equipment, accessories and services. Live music, fishing clinics and simulations, pirate performances, kids’ activities and great food make this a family-friendly event.

The show also offers a strategic marketing opportunity for your business to interact face-to-face with this upscale, affluent male audience. 


Boat and Outdoor Show Attendees - An Affluent, Attentive Audience

These are the consumers who will fill the Savannah Area International Trade & Convention Center for the annual Savannah Boat & Outdoor Show March 1-3, 2013.

Because the Savannah Boat & Outdoor Show takes place in March, just prior to the start of the boating season, attendees use it as an opportunity to plan their warm-weather activities and upgrade their boats and other outdoor equipment.

Major Multi-media Marketing Blitz to Target Boating and Outdoor Enthusiasts

JBM & Associates, producer of the Savannah Boat & Outdoor Show, has more than 20 years of event management experience, with an emphasis on consumer shows.  We have a proven track record of planning and implementing highly effective marketing and promotional strategies, which we will put into action to fill the Savannah Area International Trade & Convention Center with your potential customers.

Our promotional plan for the Savannah Boat & Outdoor Show is an extensive, multi-media marketing campaign which includes:

For even greater exposure, exhibitors have the opportunity to sponsor special activities and dedicated areas throughout the show, including the Coastal Fishing Show, our fishing seminars and the exhibitor dinner.

JBM & Associates has formed partnerships with local media to create promotions which call attention to our shows and raise money and awareness for area charities.

Space Locations and Rates:

10’ x 10’ Convention Center booth space:  $650
10’ x 10’ Convention Center corner booth space: $695
10’ x 10’ Convention Center lobby booth space: $695

Convention Center bulk space (above 4 booths): $2.25/sq. ft.
In-water dock space (Length x beam): $2.25/sq. ft.
Bulk land space: $1.90/sq. ft.

Exhibitors may select their spaces from the show floor plan. (Floor Plan Coming Soon) and indicate their top four preferences on their exhibitor application forms (http://www.savannahboatandoutdoorshow.com/Application.pdf).  Spaces are assigned on a first-come basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate preferences but location is not guaranteed.

Exhibitor kits with forms for ordering electricity, additional décor and other amenities will be sent out about six weeks before the show.
