JBM & Associates founder, Jacqui McGuinness has the unique experience of working for public assembly facilities in several markets as well as being a customer in more than 75 convention center and arenas. This knowledge has given her the ability to see how different facilities operate, ultimately how it effects the user experience as well as the attendee experience.
